Financial Advisor
– Help startups in developing a business plan, building a capitalization strategy, contacting potential investors, and negotiating investment terms for equity capital raising.
– Support M&A activities of various companies by preparing an information memorandum, considering and selecting appropriate transaction structure, identifying potential buyers/sellers, negotiating transaction terms, and facilitating post-merger integration.
Investment Partner
Responsible for investment operations at a growth capital fund investing mainly in privately-held mid-sized enterprises/SMEs with growth potential.

As a member of board of directors or board of supervisors of multiple listed and unlisted companies, provide advice on management decision making as well as supervise and/or audit board of directors’ execution of duties.

Establish partnership with entrepreneurs and executives, and aim to achieve goals together by supporting their learning and growth through coaching.

Born in 1972, Go Fujiyama is an investment and management professional for startups and growth companies.
Formerly, Go spent over 10 years at Daiwa Securities Group and earned his experience in venture capital and private equity in Japan and Asia. For instance, he led the Overseas Investment Group and Myanmar Investment Team at Daiwa PI Partners, where he was engaged in growth capital deals in Asia’s emerging markets, such as China, India, and Southeast Asia, and also dedicated to a feasibility study on formation of a PE fund in Myanmar for over 3 years. Besides, he was responsible for venture capital investments in Japan, China, Europe, and Israel at Daiwa Corporate Investment.
Prior to joining Daiwa Securities Group, he worked at a game software development company for nearly 6 years, being involved with a broad range of corporate, financial, and operational matters.
Go holds an M.B.A. from San Diego State University and a B.A. in Political Science from Waseda University.
